Additional Policy
LUNAVY UNIFORMS —
Customer-Supplied Garment
Terms & Conditions
The customer acknowledges that embroidering on their garment carries inherent risks (fabric damage, puckering, color bleed, needle holes) and accepts full responsibility for choosing to proceed.
While we handle all items with care, LUNAVY UNIFORMS is not liable for any damage or defects that may occur during the embroidery process on customer-supplied items. Certain fabrics and materials may not be suitable for embroidery and may result in unexpected outcomes.
We do not replace or reimburse for any customer-provided items in the event of damage or error during production.
If the customer provides their own digitization file, a testing fee will be applied before placing the design on any garment. This ensures design quality and proper stitch compatibility.
We reserve the right to inspect all customer-supplied garments before accepting them. Items that are too thin, stretchy, worn, or otherwise unsuitable for embroidery may be refused.
Different fabrics react differently to embroidery. We cannot guarantee the same quality result as on standard embroidery-grade garments.
Certain areas such as seams, zippers, heavily padded sections, or small panels may not be suitable for embroidery. We are not responsible if the desired placement is not feasible.
Any existing damage (stains, tears, wear) will be noted at intake. LUNAVY UNIFORMS is not responsible for pre-existing conditions.
By placing an order or submitting payment, the customer agrees to and accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this document. No signature is required — payment constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.
