1. Processing Time
All orders are custom-made. Processing begins after design approval and payment confirmation. Standard production time is 5–10 business days. Rush orders may be available — contact us to check availability.
2. Shipping Options
We offer the following fulfillment options:
- Local Pickup: Free — pick up your order at our location. We will notify you when your order is ready.
- Local Delivery: Available in select areas. Delivery fee may apply depending on distance.
- Shipping: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight and destination and will be quoted at time of order.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional cost)
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day (additional cost)

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. Lunavy Uniforms is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipping may incur additional fees.
